Plans Include

We are all different and unique — and our nutritional and health needs are unique as well. That’s why I tailor each food plan to address your specific health concerns, including weight loss, hormonal issues, pain, chronic fatigue, inflammation, irritable bowel syndrome, and more. Working with us includes a detailed dive into your medical history, lab tests and current eating patterns and supplements as well as a discussion of your health goals. Clear guidance on food plan that work for you specific to your lifestyle, clear goal outlines and nutritional supplement recommendations. Consultations can be conducted in person or virtual.

Plans can include:

•Sample diet/menu plan

•Address BMI and BMI goals

•Nutritional supplement recommendations

•Interpretation of your lab results

•Discussion of your health concerns and goals with a plan of action to maximize your health

•Grocery shopping tips, and other additions to the plan as needed

TESTING SERVICES

These are some of the services that I make available and can be done for an additional charge if necessary.

  • ORGANIC ACID TESTING

    The Organic Acids Test (OAT) offers a comprehensive metabolic snapshot of an individual’s overall health with 76 markers. It provides an accurate evaluation of intestinal yeast and bacteria. Abnormally high levels of these microorganisms can cause or worsen behavior disorders, hyperactivity, movement disorders, fatigue and immune function. Many people with chronic illnesses and neurological disorders often excrete several abnormal organic acids in their urine. The cause of these high levels could include oral antibiotic use, high sugar diets, immune deficiencies, acquired infections, as well as genetic factors. The test also includes markers for vitamin and mineral levels, oxidative stress, neurotransmitter levels, as well as includes markers for oxalates, which are highly correlated with many chronic illnesses.

    If abnormalities are detected using the OAT, recommendations can include supplements, such as vitamins and antioxidants, or dietary modification. Upon changes you can notice significant improvements such as decreased fatigue, regular bowel function, increased energy and alertness, increased concentration, improved verbal skills, less hyperactivity, and decreased abdominal pain.

    Shows how your body is functioning and gives the practitioner clues about your body’s current needs.

  • HORMONE TESTING
    Measures your body’s estrogen levels (estradiol and estriol), progesterone levels, testosterone levels and DHEA, cortisol levels. If the test determines that you have too much or not enough of a specific hormone, we can adjust your diet and supplements to return your hormones to the correct balance.

  • ADDITIONAL TESTING AS NEEDED.

    The Asyra system offers a unique, non-invasive way to gain insights into your body's energetic state. By measuring your body's subtle responses, this advanced technology helps to identify hidden imbalances related to nutrition, sensitivities, environmental factors, and more. It provides a comprehensive picture, guiding personalized strategies to support your body's natural drive towards optimal function and resilience.

We'll go into detail on what you need to focus on, and that's why consistent support is crucial: each phase requires specific attention that can't be covered all at once.

And because consistent support makes all the difference, you'll have ongoing access to me via text or email whenever you have questions or need a quick check-in.
